Who is Cask?

Cask was founded in 2004 by a group of professionals who saw the need to help clients use and unlock the value of technology in a more efficient, cost effective ways. Cask recognized that we could provide additional value first and foremost by delivering in a flexible and responsive way to specific clients’ needs and goals. Secondly, clients needed real-time, actionable data to create measurable results more effectively.

The Concept Worked. Today Cask provides advisory and consulting services to large and small organizations across the United States and around the world. Our practitioners draw upon deep functional expertise while working in small teams to serve as resources to our clients during all phases of a project or transformation lifecycle. Our experts guide clients through known and unknown difficulties of transformation using a systems thinking perspective grounded in experience working with some of the world’s largest organizations.
